Client Advisor - Oakridge Park

Summary

Provide an elevated in-store client experience and drive sales as a Client Advisor at Oakridge Park by building long-term client relationships and delivering personalized appointments. Use clienteling and data capture to grow repeat business and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets. Represent the brand through exceptional service, product knowledge, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales appointments and create memorable in-store experiences.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; capture and update client data to support outreach and repeat business.
• Drive sales through key product pillars and identify opportunities to grow individual business.
• Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on client feedback and NPS performance.
• Collaborate with the store team and utilize POS and client tracking systems to manage transactions and follow up.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or other client-facing roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a diverse client base; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; authorization to work in Canada.
• Preferred: college/university degree and proficiency in multiple languages.
