Summary
Provide exceptional luxury client service by representing the brand in every interaction, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales through elevated in-store experiences and clienteling. This role requires strong communication, entrepreneurial drive, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours at the Oakridge Park location.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the branded client experience during every interaction and selling ceremony.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and personalized styling.
- Execute hospitality and store amenity best practices to create memorable moments.
- Act on Net Promoter Score feedback to elevate the client experience.
- Drive business through key product pillars and individual outreach.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and provide personalized service.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and email.
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
- College or university degree preferred and multiple language skills desirable.
