Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients, provide personalized service, and maintain a polished in-store experience.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop relationships to encourage loyalty and future sales.
• Use cross-selling and omnichannel approaches to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, uphold shop-floor and visual standards, follow stock procedures, and support store security.
• Collaborate with colleagues and address client complaints, involving a manager when needed.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building lasting client relationships and knowledge of the relevant product category.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation, resilience, ambition, a results-driven approach, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are an asset.
