Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Panerai in Boston, you will play a crucial role in achieving personal and boutique sales targets, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as an ambassador for Panerai, ensuring high operational and service standards in line with company policies.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the boutique in achieving overall sales goals.
• Welcome and assist customers, managing all steps of the sale process.
• Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products and brand history.
• Participate in brand training sessions and stay informed about the luxury industry.
• Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing and inventory management.
• Contribute to the development of the boutique's client database.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer requests efficiently.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales role.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
