Client Advisor

As a Client Advisor at Panerai in Dallas, TX, you will play a crucial role in achieving personal and boutique sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards. You will act as an ambassador for Panerai, both in the boutique and at off-site events, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
• Support the boutique in achieving overall sales targets.
• Welcome and assist customers, managing all steps of the sale process.
• Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products and brand history.
• Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning initiatives.
• Ensure impeccable presentation and compliance with company policies.
• Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing and inventory.
• Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database.
• Provide excellent client service and handle customer requests professionally.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the luxury retail industry.
• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
