Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and meet sales KPIs through client acquisition and retention.
- Balance time between client engagement and operational support approximately 60% sales 40% operations.
- Maintain weekly operational cadence including receiving transfers consolidations and cycle counts.
- Manage negative on-hand inventory and loan reconciliations with Store Director.
- Support processing of send sale orders consignments and repairs per policies.
- Lead and assist with biannual physical inventory counts including preparation and reconciliation.
- Accurately process POS transactions ensure proper wrapping and client data capture.
- Follow loss prevention policies to protect company assets.
- Maintain packaging levels and assist in replenishment orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience achieving individual goals and contributing to team results.
- Experience in a customer centric retail role.
- Organised with close attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Effective communication skills with ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Confident service oriented adaptable and empathetic in style and approach.
- Results driven with a commercial mindset and team player attitude.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks including carry push pull kneel climb reach and bend.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
