Client Advisor - Orlando

The Client Advisor acts as a Brand Ambassador, delivering a memorable experience to customers and maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store sales targets. This role involves working under the direct management of the Store Manager and collaborating with the Sales team to provide excellent client service.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through proactive commitment.
• Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring a unique shopping experience.
• Participate in training sessions to update knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
• Convey Italian hospitality and provide personalized service to clients.
• Establish and develop relationships with clients and engage new customers.
• Register client data for CRM purposes and perform CRM activities as directed.
• Apply sales-related procedures and ensure the store is clean and products are displayed correctly.
• Perform after-sales service activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Proactive selling and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and personal accountability.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and store operation applications.
