The Client Advisor provides exceptional, branded luxury service to clients, promotes the company philosophy and values, and supports sales targets through personalized client engagement and product expertise. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining client records, and delivering the Gucci selling ceremony to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store monthly and seasonal sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge following the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an organized and up to date client book and perform client follow up
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain neat product displays and stock rooms
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent client experience
- Adhere to store security procedures and company policies
- Provide style and trend advice to clients and promote brand heritage
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of prior service related work experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including up to 20 hours per week with primary weekend availability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive, outgoing, and service oriented mindset with passion for fashion
- Strong organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States
