Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service and brand representation to every client.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality to create memorable moments.
- Convert clients through discovery and styling conversations tied to product pillars.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service delivery.
- Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support store needs.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial or sales results.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver exceptional service.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email communication.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- College degree and multilingual skills preferred.
