Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail service by building lasting client relationships, using in-house clienteling tools, and tailoring experiences to meet client needs. Role requires a customer focused, curious and self-driven individual with strong sales orientation and fluency in Spanish and English. Position operates in a fast paced store environment focused on personal and team performance and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients to provide personalized luxury service.
  • Identify client needs and tailor the in-store experience accordingly.
  • Use in-house clienteling tools and systems to manage relationships.
  • Drive sales through a strategic commercial mindset and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the store team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Continuously learn and apply brand training to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in high end or luxury market.
  • Strong customer centric track record and sales orientation.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced luxury retail environment.
  • Self driven, curious and able to build meaningful relationships.
