Client Advisor responsible for delivering a luxury client experience and representing the brand in every interaction, building client relationships to drive loyalty and sales while working flexible retail hours in the Pasadena store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store client experiences using the brand touch and personalized service.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Convert clients through discovery and curated appointments.
- Drive business through key product pillars and proactive outreach.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to enhance the in-store experience.
- Execute hospitality and store amenity best practices to create memorable moments.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
- Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
