Summary

Full Time Client Advisor based at Saks Phipps in Atlanta, delivering exceptional, personalized service and building long-term client relationships. Acts as a brand ambassador by leveraging product knowledge and clienteling tools to elevate the client experience and support store sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through strategic client engagement and relationship building.
• Use clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and follow-up.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories to provide personalized advice.
• Collaborate with team members and report to the Team Manager to create a positive store environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or a strong background in customer-focused roles.
• Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset with ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and use clienteling tools and systems.
• Availability to work full time at the Saks Phipps location in Atlanta.
