Summary
Provide exceptional luxury client service representing the brand at the Phipps location, build and deepen client relationships to drive sales and loyalty, and deliver memorable in-store experiences while meeting commercial targets. Role requires flexibility for nontraditional hours and proficiency with POS and client tracking systems.
Responsibilities
- Embody the brand during every client interaction using personalized service techniques.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and use it to cultivate outreach and appointments.
- Convert clients through discovery and tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver elevated in-store experiences and hospitality to create memorable moments.
- Leverage client feedback and NPS insights to improve service delivery.
- Support merchandising of key product pillars and style clients according to their wardrobe.
- Work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-facing experience such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results and sales targets.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build relationships.
- Proficiency with point of sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Desirable: college or university degree.
- Desirable: proficiency in multiple languages.
