Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
• Capture and maintain accurate client data and cultivate new client prospects.
• Deliver elevated client experiences and memorable moments during in-store appointments.
• Convert clients through curiosity and discovery during sales interactions.
• Drive business through key product pillars and personalized styling.
• Execute store hospitality and amenities to enhance the client experience and act on feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused roles such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial results in a sales environment.
• Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build rapport.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook or email.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• College or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
