Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and cultivate new client prospects.
- Deliver elevated client experiences and memorable moments during in-store appointments.
- Convert clients through curiosity and discovery during sales interactions.
- Drive business through key product pillars and personalized styling.
- Execute store hospitality and amenities to enhance the client experience and act on feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving commercial results in a sales environment.
- Ability to connect with a diverse client base and build rapport.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook or email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College or university degree and proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
