Summary
Deliver an exceptional in-store luxury experience as the ambassador of the brand by building client relationships, driving sales, and representing product and brand knowledge to foster loyalty and achieve individual sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers to provide an excellent in-store experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using an individual approach and CRM and digital tools.
- Drive sales through proactive cross selling across departments to meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge to guide clients.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to the line manager when necessary.
- Ensure shop floor and visual displays meet operational and stock procedures.
- Contribute to loss prevention and maintain a high level of security.
Requirements
- Proven experience building long lasting client relationships.
- Passion for sales and human relations within luxury fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Problem solving, curiosity, and interest in fashion, art, and design.
- Passion and knowledge of the product category.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
