Luxury brand client advisor responsible for delivering exemplary in-store service, building long-term client relationships, and maximizing individual sales performance through personalized experiences and deep product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach using CRM and digital tools
- Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity
- Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary
- Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual displays following operational guidelines
- Follow stock procedures and contribute to store security to help prevent product theft
Requirements
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships in luxury retail
- Passion for sales and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, art, and design with problem solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid knowledge and passion for the product category
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
- Customer focused with proven ability to meet sales targets
