Summary
Provide an excellent in-store luxury experience as a brand ambassador, foster client relationships to drive loyalty and achieve individual sales targets, and represent the brand with strong product knowledge and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers delivering high quality in-store experiences
- Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach and CRM tools
- Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors
- Demonstrate brand and product knowledge when advising clients
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary
- Maintain shop floor and visual display standards and follow stock procedures
- Contribute to store security and prevent product theft
Requirements
- Passion for sales and strong human relations skills
- Experience building long-lasting client relationships
- Problem solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion and design
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the product category
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
