Client Advisor

Summary

Provide an excellent in-store luxury experience as a brand ambassador, foster client relationships to drive loyalty and achieve individual sales targets, and represent the brand with strong product knowledge and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers delivering high quality in-store experiences
• Maintain and develop client relationships using an individual approach and CRM tools
• Engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and meet KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge when advising clients
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary
• Maintain shop floor and visual display standards and follow stock procedures
• Contribute to store security and prevent product theft

Requirements

• Passion for sales and strong human relations skills
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships
• Problem solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion and design
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion and knowledge of the product category
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus
