Client Advisor

Summary

Serve as a brand ambassador to convey the brand philosophy and values while maximizing sales and fostering customer relationships. Provide a unique in-store experience, develop client loyalty using CRM and digital tools, and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, ensuring excellent in-store experience at all times
• Maintain and develop client relationships through individual approaches and CRM tools
• Engage in cross selling with all departments to maximize sales opportunities
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors
• Demonstrate brand and product knowledge
• Handle customer complaints and liaise with line manager when necessary
• Maintain shop floor and visual display standards and follow stock procedures
• Contribute to security and prevent product theft

Requirements

• Passion for human relations and sales
• Problem solving skills and curiosity about luxury, fashion, art and design
• Experience building long-lasting client relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion and knowledge of the product category
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus
