Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers an exceptional luxury customer experience. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports individual and team sales goals, and promotes client loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, identify their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the client journey.
• Capture client information in the CRM and develop relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Support omnichannel selling, cross-sell across departments, and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, shop floor standards, visual displays, and stock procedures.
• Address customer complaints and contribute to store security and a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, stores, and luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building lasting client relationships and knowledge of the relevant product category.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
