Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor (Mandarin Speaking) is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand. This role involves cultivating and maintaining client relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting store sales and operational standards across varied hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales goals and support team sales targets
• Educate clients on company history and current product knowledge
• Maintain an active client book to cultivate new and existing relationships
• Provide prompt follow up on purchases, repairs, and inquiries
• Present professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Operate store POS, open and close registers, and process payments and returns
• Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
• Maintain store merchandising standards and housekeeping duties
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mandarin speaking required
• Luxury sales experience preferred
• Experience developing and prospecting client relationships; established client book ideal
• Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills and positive team player attitude
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends and interest in travel
• Ability to lift boxes up to 20 pounds repeatedly
