Summary
The Client Advisor is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge while representing the brand. This role focuses on cultivating client relationships, achieving personal and store sales goals, and maintaining store standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals
- Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
- Maintain an active client book to cultivate new and existing relationships
- Support team members to meet store sales targets
- Present a friendly and professional demeanor to customers
- Ensure prompt follow up with client purchases repairs and inquiries
- Operate store POS including opening and closing register and processing payments and returns
- Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
- Maintain store merchandising standards readiness and housekeeping
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Luxury sales experience preferred
- Experience developing and prospecting clients with established client book ideal
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills positive attitude and team player
- Knowledge of fashion and design trends and enthusiasm for travel
- Ability to work varied hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Able to lift boxes up to 20lbs repeatedly
