As a Client Advisor specializing in Ready To Wear at our Bellagio Boutique, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients and providing personalized styling advice.

• Master the Client Journey to create strong long-term client relationships.
• Engage proactively with existing and potential clients to deliver the Valentino Couture Service impeccably.
• Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and curate looks for clients.
• Assist with sales and after-sales activities, ensuring product maintenance and replenishment.
• Partner with the team to ensure seamless store operations and uphold presentation standards.
• Use POS system for client transactions and assist with operational tasks when needed.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele building.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in operating retail POS systems and MS Office Programs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results and problem-solving skills.
