Client Advisor responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through knowledgeable product presentation and personalized service. The role requires passion for the brand, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial approach to cultivate repeat business and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience to every client through personalized service and brand ambassadorship.
- Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
- Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems.
- Drive business through key product pillars and promote relevant merchandise.
- Elevate the in-store experience by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Execute selling ceremonies and demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors from TEI program.
- Act on TEI performance and client feedback to improve service.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or relevant client-facing roles such as hospitality.
- Proven track record of achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook email.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- College degree, GIA coursework or Gemologist credential preferred.
