Job Description

Summary

Deliver the brand experience through exceptional client service and relationship building at the store level. Drive sales by cultivating new and existing clients, meeting commercial targets, and providing memorable in-store moments consistent with brand standards. Support clienteling initiatives and use POS and client tracking tools to manage outreach and appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized client service and represent the brand during every client interaction.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Capture client data and manage outreach using POS and client tracking systems.
  • Create elevated in-store experiences and act on client feedback and NPS performance.
  • Convert clients through discovery and product knowledge across key product pillars.
  • Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, or relevant client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial sales results.
  • Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver exceptional service.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and email applications.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
  • Flexibility to work non traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Post secondary education and multilingual skills preferred.
