Job Description

Summary

Join a luxury jewelry retailer as a Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and representing the brand in every interaction. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing high quality service in store at Rockefeller Center.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans
  • Capture and maintain client data using client tracking systems
  • Deliver memorable in store experiences using brand specific selling techniques
  • Drive business through key product pillars and personal selling initiatives
  • Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices to enhance client experience
  • Act on client feedback and program performance metrics

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, luxury retail or relevant client related experience such as hospitality
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems and email software
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College degree, gemology coursework or multilingual skills preferred
