Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and exceed sales goals by building meaningful client relationships, tailoring in-store experiences, and maintaining client books using in-house clienteling tools. Represent the brand professionally and support store operations including POS use, merchandising, and visual standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve client advisor metrics and CRM requirements
- Meet or exceed store category and individual sales goals
- Build and maintain client books and follow through on client inquiries
- Assist with special requests such as repairs special orders and returns
- Perform stocking restocking and regular store maintenance tasks
- Use POS system accurately and update customer database
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code grooming and uniform standards
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from visual merchandising and management
- Participate in training new client advisors and team meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience luxury retail preferred
- High school diploma minimum
- Strong drive for results and goal oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use POS and inventory management functions
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Foreign language skills and ready to wear experience preferred
