Job Description

Summary

The Client Advisor delivers exceptional luxury client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, cultivating relationships, and driving sales while supporting store operations such as visual merchandising and training. Reporting to store leadership, the role upholds brand standards and contributes to team objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage clients to provide a premium brand experience
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key KPIs
  • Support inventory preparation and operational tasks as needed
  • Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
  • Collaborate with store leadership and team to meet store objectives
  • Learn and apply brand and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury
  • Client-centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and dependable work habits
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages preferred
  • Technologically savvy with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Flexible and team-oriented with willingness to perform varied duties
