Client Advisor - Roosevelt Field Mall

Summary

The Client Advisor represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences while achieving individual and store goals. The role builds lasting client relationships, provides product guidance, and supports team needs in visual merchandising or training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, discover their needs, and provide service in line with brand standards.
• Build client relationships, manage clientele, and proactively drive sales and business goals.
• Monitor personal KPIs and adjust sales approaches to exceed client expectations.
• Maintain product knowledge, support inventory activities, and follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Support visual merchandising standards, store operations, and a positive team environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant client-oriented or service experience may be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-oriented and client-centric approach.
• Interest in fashion and luxury goods, professional presentation, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are preferred.
• Technological proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
