Summary
The Client Advisor acts as a Brand Ambassador delivering exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating relationships while supporting store goals and assisting with visual merchandising or training as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and high quality client experience in line with brand standards.
- Develop and maintain long lasting client relationships through engagement and active clientele management.
- Drive sales and KPIs including average dollar transaction and units per transaction.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new clients to grow business.
- Support inventory preparation and follow up on repairs charge sends and holds.
- Maintain and support visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Learn and maintain brand and product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Customer service or hospitality experience acceptable in lieu of retail experience.
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable punctual and flexible with a client centric mindset.
- Interest in fashion and luxury goods and ability to learn product knowledge.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
