The Client Advisor Ready-to-Wear Stylist provides exceptional luxury service to build long-term client relationships, drives sales through personalized styling and clienteling, and supports store operations and visual merchandising at the Bellagio location.
Responsibilities
- Create and master the client journey to deliver Valentino couture service from welcome to farewell.
- Engage proactively with existing and potential clientele and execute personalized reach-out campaigns using CRM tools.
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise, and curating looks reflecting current trends.
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and CRM objectives through consistent client engagement and portfolio management.
- Support merchandise maintenance including replenishment, stock checks, and boutique returns.
- Partner with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and uphold presentation standards.
- Liaise with the Visual team to implement display guidelines and report relevant information to management.
- Use POS to perform client transactions and, when needed, execute operational tasks such as shipping and receiving.
Requirements
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with a focus on clientele and proven sales results.
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with retail POS systems and MS Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Action oriented with a drive for results and strong problem solving skills.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and visual teams.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
