Client Advisor - Rush Street

As a Client Advisor at CELINE's Chicago, Rush Street Boutique, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual and store sales targets. You will utilize your product knowledge to maximize sales and maintain the store's image, while building and expanding a client book.

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
• Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and capture relevant customer information for database entry.
• Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
• Maintain and expand a client book and consistently follow up with any client-related issues.
• Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

• 3+ years of experience in a retail setting, preferably with a client book.
• Passion for luxury products and an appreciation for design.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs.
• Service-oriented and customer-focused with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
