Client Advisor

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for contributing to store sales by delivering exceptional customer service, representing the brand image, supporting the management team, and maintaining client relationships and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service and act as an ambassador of the brand
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals through high quality customer service and sales
• Maintain an active, accurate, neat and organized client book
• Contact clients regularly and provide appropriate follow up on sales and requests
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor
• Support management team and follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1-3 years of luxury retail experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving attitude
• Ability to assess priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Collaborative spirit and proactive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
