Client Advisor

Summary

The Client Advisor contributes to store sales and key performance indicators while delivering a memorable, personalized experience to clients. This role builds client relationships, supports the boutique team, and upholds the Maison's values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service, identify client needs, and anticipate future requests.
• Develop a client portfolio and exceed individual sales and performance goals.
• Create personalized looks and communicate authentically with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams and follow company policies and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Preferred experience in a client-facing role, such as fashion or accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
• Passion for fashion, a business mindset, and a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Comfort using technology and adapting to new tools in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional local languages are preferred.
