The Client Advisor contributes to store sales and KPI achievement by delivering a memorable, sophisticated luxury retail experience. They cultivate client relationships, drive individual performance with an entrepreneurial mindset, and support the management and in-store team while upholding Maison standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client and after-sale service to visitors and clients
• Cultivate and manage a robust client portfolio to grow business
• Drive sales performance to exceed individual sales and KPI goals
• Create personalized, timeless looks and demonstrate passion for fashion
• Use available tools and applications to optimize business opportunities
• Collaborate proactively with front- and back-of-house teams and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Preferred experience in fashion/accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality
• Passion for fashion and ability to create personalized looks
• Business mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong team orientation
• Comfortable using technology and retail applications; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and local language; additional languages preferred
