Client Advisor - Saks Bal Harbour

Summary

Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience as the Brand ambassador by fostering client relationships, maximizing sales performance, and representing brand philosophy at the Saks Bal Harbour boutique. The role focuses on personalized service, product knowledge, and contributing to store standards and security.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers providing excellent in-store experiences.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through individualized approaches and CRM use.
• Proactively engage in cross selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when needed.
• Maintain shop floor and visual displays to company operational and stock procedures.
• Contribute to loss prevention and maintain attention to security.

Requirements

• Experience building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Passion for sales, human relations, and luxury fashion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving, curiosity, and interest in art and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge and passion for the product category.
• English required; additional languages are a plus.
