Summary

The Client Advisor will serve as a passionate brand ambassador at the Saks Beverly Hills store, delivering exceptional luxury service and personalized client experiences. This role is accountable for meeting individual sales KPIs, driving cross-selling across product categories, and strengthening client relationships through CRM and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with expert product knowledge and a client-centric approach.
• Drive sales and exceed individual financial targets through proactive clienteling and cross-selling.
• Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital retail tools.
• Uphold shopfloor standards, visual merchandising, stock procedures, cash handling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working environment and support store initiatives.
• Participate in department or store clienteling initiatives and promote brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed KPIs with strong selling and objection-handling skills.
• Genuine interest in fashion and luxury market trends; strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with digital retail tools and CRM systems.
• Team-player mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift packages of approximately 10 lbs regularly.
