Client Advisor - Saks Boston

Summary

Represent CELINE at Saks Boston by delivering exceptional luxury client service and achieving individual and store sales goals. Utilize product knowledge to maximize sales and maintain long-term client relationships while supporting store operations and image.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to drive sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
• Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database and expand a client book
• Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes and follow up on client needs
• Assist with shipping, alterations, housekeeping, store image, receiving, and inventory control as requested

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury setting
• Computer literate and tech savvy; ability to learn and use various software packages
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
• Customer-focused service orientation and passion for luxury product and design
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
