Summary

Provide exceptional in-store client service as a brand ambassador, maximizing sales and fostering long-term client loyalty through personalized interactions and strong product knowledge. Represent the brand by delivering a distinctive luxury experience, supporting visual standards and store operations, and contributing to team performance and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers, delivering an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintain and develop client relationships with an individual approach using CRM and digital tools.
• Proactively cross sell across departments to maximize sales and meet individual targets and KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Demonstrate deep brand and product knowledge to guide client purchases.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to line manager when necessary.
• Maintain shop floor standards and visual displays following operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contribute to store security and take measures to prevent product theft.

Requirements

• Proven experience building long-lasting client relationships.
• Strong passion for sales, human relations, luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Solid product category knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
• English fluency; additional languages are a plus.
