As a Client Advisor at our Santa Clara Valley Fair Pop-Up, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and acting as a brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana. You will tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and support the team in achieving sales targets.

• Provide impeccable service and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and mentor the team.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proactively use clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
• Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of CRM to build client relationships.
• Source new clients and maintain relationships with loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in women's and men's RTW.
