The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences by embodying brand values, welcoming clients, discovering needs, and guiding purchases while supporting store goals and visual merchandising or training as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and represent the brand promise.
- Welcome clients and cultivate long lasting client relationships through engagement and client management.
- Drive sales and key KPIs through proactive outreach to existing and new clients.
- Support inventory preparation and execution and follow up on charge sends repairs and holds.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and respect brand presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team player in activities contributing to store objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment.
- Customer service or hospitality experience acceptable in lieu of retail experience.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Dependable punctual and flexible with the ability to perform varied duties as requested.
- Ability to communicate in English required additional languages preferred.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word Excel and Outlook.
