Job Description

Summary

Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences at the Scottsdale boutique while achieving individual and store sales goals. Act as a brand ambassador by providing tailored service, demonstrating product and brand knowledge, and supporting shop floor operations and merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable, personalized service to clients and deliver the Dolce and Gabbana sales ceremony.
  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to store goals.
  • Use CRM tools to source new clients and maintain qualitative client records.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with loyal clients.
  • Support merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor.
  • Mentor and support the sales team to ensure smooth running of the boutique.
  • Oversee adherence to sales policies and brand standards on the shop floor.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling womens and mens ready to wear.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop clientele.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and clienteling tools.
  • Ability to maintain brand standards and deliver high level client service.
