Job Description

Summary

As a Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton in San Juan, you will be an ambassador of the brand, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our clientele. Your role involves tailoring each client's experience within our store to elevate their impression of the brand and build long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a personal advisor to clients, understanding their needs and tailoring their store experience.
  • Utilize in-house clienteling tools and systems to maintain client relationships.
  • Drive personal and team performance through strategic sales and a commercial mindset.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with a diverse client base.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or customer-centric environment, preferably in a high-end or luxury market.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong strategic sales and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and use creativity to drive brand success.
