Client Advisor - Short Hills

Summary

The Client Advisor provides excellent customer service and supports sales objectives in the Bloomingdale's Short Hills women's shop. The role maintains client relationships while upholding visual merchandising, operational, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish client relationships and manage communications consistent with the brand.
• Maintain high standards of client service, the selling floor, merchandise, and store operations.
• Participate in special events and projects, including sample sales and physical inventory.
• Follow store and company procedures and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Open scheduling availability for a retail environment operating seven days a week.
