<li><strong>Ensures </strong>qualitative<strong> client data collection </strong>and <strong>leverages</strong> the <strong>data</strong> to address clients in a personally relevant way, capitalizing on all opportunities to grow the business</li>

<li><strong>Communicates the brand story & DNA in an inspiring way</strong>, as well as advantages and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationship</li>

<li>Contributes to all <strong>daily processes </strong>under the supervision of the Boutique management (inventory, cash, security, store opening and closing…)</li>

<li>Leverages properly all<strong> tools </strong>(CEGID, Salesforce) and performs <strong>VM </strong></li>

<li>Coordinates <strong>Aftersales </strong>operations until the return of the watch</li>

<li><strong>Applies </strong>rigorously<strong> </strong>all<strong> </strong>guidelines related to<strong> grooming</strong>, <strong>attitudes</strong>, and<strong> Visual Merchandising </strong>(window animation, product presentation, catalogues…)</li>

<li>Contributes to a <strong>positive, inclusive</strong> and <strong>supportive work environment</strong></li>

<li>Contributes to the <strong>store maintenance</strong></li>

<li>Ensures <strong>compliance</strong> with <strong>internal</strong> <strong>control</strong> <strong>policies</strong></li>

Salary is commensurate with experience: $24.00 - $27.00 hourly plus commission and bonus target.
