Client Advisor - Soho

Join the boutique sales team to drive luxury product sales, build and maintain a client book, and support store operations in the Soho location. The role focuses on meeting individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
• Use product knowledge to maximize sales and transaction value
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Promote store events through email phone and personalized notes
• Maintain and expand a client book and follow up with clients
• Assist with shipping receiving and inventory control as requested
• Support general housekeeping and maintain the store image
• Follow up on shipping alteration and client service issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years retail experience with a focus on sales preferably in luxury
• Business school university or equivalent experience
• Computer literate and able to learn various software programs
• Service oriented with strong customer focus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Languages other than English a plus
• Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred
