Summary

Client Advisor responsible for driving personal and store sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing the brand in the Soho store. Role supports omni channel initiatives and contributes to visual merchandising and product knowledge to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and store sales goals through proactive client engagement
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Support and execute omni channel services and initiatives
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and communicate brand history and values
• Follow visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines and standards
• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations as needed
• Promote brand awareness and represent brand culture in store interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge in premium casual wear or denim
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment and adapt to change
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential
• Authorization to work in the United States
