Summary
The Client Advisor delivers exceptional client experiences as a Brand Ambassador, representing brand values while supporting store goals and assisting with visual merchandising or training needs. Reporting to store leadership, this role focuses on welcoming clients, discovering needs, cultivating relationships, and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide outstanding client experiences in line with brand standards.
- Develop and cultivate long-term client relationships through engagement and active management.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store KPIs such as ADT and UPT.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients and develop new client opportunities.
- Support inventory preparation and operational tasks as needed.
- Follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team player in all store activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Alternative client-facing experience such as hospitality may be acceptable.
- Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in English required; additional languages preferred.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
