Client Advisor - Somerset

Summary

The Client Advisor will drive sales and provide exceptional customer service at the Somerset boutique, representing TAG Heuer products and brand standards. This role focuses on building client relationships, meeting monthly sales targets, and supporting daily store operations under the direction of the Boutique Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge and selling skills
• Maintain and develop a client book, conduct clienteling and follow up to meet clienteling sales goals
• Provide superior customer service, greet customers, and assist per store rotation system
• Process customer repairs, send thank-you notes, and manage customer product requests
• Support store operations including opening/closing, merchandising, receiving, inventory counts and reconciliation
• Assist with execution of store marketing initiatives and cover managerial duties in manager's absence

Requirements

• 2+ years retail sales experience required; luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven clienteling and customer development skills
• Ability to learn and effectively convey technical product information
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and e-mail
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights and weekends
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills strongly preferred
