Client Advisor - South Coast Plaza

As a Client Advisor at Berluti South Coast Plaza, you will play a vital role in representing the Berluti brand and connecting with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's quality standards through a unique selling ceremony. You will also be responsible for developing a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.

• Meet individual and store sales targets.
• Incorporate product knowledge and brand history into the selling ceremony to maximize sales and build client loyalty.
• Capture and enter all relevant customer information into the database.
• Build and expand a client book, follow up on client concerns and inquiries, and maintain customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
• Handle shipping, alterations, repairs, and other client-related matters.
• Assist in visual merchandising, general housekeeping, and maintaining the store image.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

• 3+ years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Berluti brand.
• Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
