Summary

Full-time retail Client Advisor role based at South Coast Plaza responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand. The role focuses on driving sales, building and maintaining a client book, and upholding store standards through a refined selling ceremony. The advisor will support store operations including shipping, receiving and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual and store sales targets
• Deliver an exceptional selling ceremony using product and brand knowledge
• Capture and maintain customer information in the database
• Build and expand a local and international client book
• Follow up on client matters including shipping alterations and repairs
• Assist with visual merchandising and store housekeeping
• Support shipping receiving and inventory control as required

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience
• Experience in luxury consumer goods preferred
• Strong drive for business results and client development
• Excellent communication organization and follow-through skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
